Privacy Policy

What this is

Slidis is a pre-launch waitlist. The app does not exist yet. This page explains what happens to the data you provide while we build it.

What we collect

One thing. Your email address.

You provide it voluntarily via the waitlist form. Nothing else is collected. No name, no phone, no location, no tracking cookies, no analytics identifiers.

Why we collect it

To notify you when Slidis launches. That is the only purpose. We will not use your email for marketing unrelated to Slidis, will not sell it, and will not share it with third parties outside of what is listed below.

Where it is stored

Your email is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database — a serverless SQLite database operated by Cloudflare, Inc. Cloudflare acts as a data processor on our behalf. Data is stored in Cloudflare's infrastructure, subject to their privacy policy.

Legal basis (GDPR)

The legal basis for processing your email is consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You provided your email by submitting the waitlist form. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us.

How long we keep it

Until the app launches and you have been notified, or until you request deletion — whichever comes first. If the project is discontinued, all collected emails will be permanently deleted.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access the data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Withdraw consent at any time
  • Lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commission (Ireland)

To exercise any of these rights, email legal@slidis.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Third parties

Cloudflare, Inc. processes data on our behalf as described above. We use no other third-party services that receive your email or any personal data.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a material way, we will update the date at the top. If we begin collecting additional data, we will notify you via email before doing so.
